Exchange & Return Policy

At Label Karshni, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds on any products.

We only provide exchanges in cases where the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share clear images of the product along with an unboxing video for verification. Exchange requests will be reviewed and approved only after successful verification by our team.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for exchange. Label Karshni reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
